Join us in celebrating Asian American Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Month!

1:30 - 2:30 PM Indonesian dance and angklung performance by Rumah Budaya Indonesia Di Austin

3 - 3:20 PM Lion dance by Texas Dragon/Lion Dance Team

1- 4 PM Bubble tea, soup, cookies, candies, and snacks 

1- 4 PM Crafts: washi tape chopsticks, paper fans, felt elephants, and mandala rocks, etc

About Presenters:

The Texas Dragon/Lion Dance Team (TDDT) was founded as an independent, registered student organization at The University of Texas at Austin in 2000. TDDT operates as a U.S. 501(c)(3) organization and Texas nonprofit with our student organization as an officially recognized affiliate chapter.

Rumah Budaya Indonesia is a non-profit organization performing traditional dances and traditional musical instrument angklung at various events in Austin. Angklung has been recognized by UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization).
